Stock permitting, orders will usually be dispatched to customers within 5 working days. 

When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

You will be sent a tracking number once the good have been dispatched. 

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. Any items for refund or exchange must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

Returned items must include a Return Number.You cannot return goods without this number. Please contact us at contact@nelmiller.com within 5 working days of receipt of delivery to obtain a return number.

Fill out the return form with your return number clearly visible.

You are responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning your item.

The safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order reaches our studio. We strongly recommend that you arrange tracked or recorded delivery. For high-value items we recommend you insure the costs of goods before you send them. 

Refunds will be offered only after items are returned and only if items are returned in perfect condition, unused and with all original labels and packaging.

If a return is approved for refund any sum debited from your credit or debit card from the sale of the returned goods will be re-credited to your account. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from date of receipt of goods. Please note that refunds onto credit cards can take up to 30 days and are subject to your bank’s refund regulations.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is approved for refund the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES:

Stock permitting, exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have passed a quality control check.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. We can only replace faulty items for the same item in the same size. 

If we cannot replace your item we will refund the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs
